Hartz Mt. completes Cooper Square renovations

Hartz Mountain Industries has announced that renovations have been completed at the adjoining properties of 32 Cooper Square, 36 Cooper Square and 50 Cooper Square. Specifically, 36 Cooper Square has completed a brand new sustainable buildout on the 6th floor of the building, which is in conformance with new sustainability standards developed by Hartz.

Recent eco-friendly renovations include: new bamboo wood flooring, thermal pane windows, energy efficient fluorescent lighting, private rest rooms with waterless urinals and ceramic tiles made with recycled materials, new dedicated air conditioning system with economizers, new pantry with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an Energy Star refrigerator.
Additional renovations at the property include, new paint throughout, new sheet rock ceilings, cad 5 data wiring that can be easily facilitated throughout the space and a new sprinkler system.
36 Cooper Square is located near the 6/N/R subways and M2, M3 and M5 buses. Many restaurants, business services and cultural institutions are within close walking distance to the building. Neighbors include: The Village Voice, New York University, Cooper Union, The Kaplan School, Web2Zone, Gyu Kaku Japanese Restaurant and Astor Place Tower.
