Crescent Street Associates, a subsidiary of Silverman Realty Group, Inc. has purchased 155 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, N.Y. from Reckson Associates.
The 13.3-acre parcel of land includes two fully occupied office buildings totaling 60,000 SF. The property is directly off Exit 9 of the New York State Thruway.
Plans are being developed on an adjacent seven-acre site for an additional 60,000 SF office building. The new office development will, face the Hudson River. Occupancy is planned for late 2002.
