Community Preservation Corporation

Real Estate Weekly, July 25, 2001

The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) has provided $6,300,000 construction financing for the creation of residential condominiums at 636 Pacific St. in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn to Freud Pacific Street Properties. Marc J. Freud, a principal in Troutbrook Company, is the general partner developing this 50,000 SF project.

The property consists of a main building and an additional cargo area that will be converted to a townhouse. Rehabilitation will result in the transformation of the current property to 30 condominium loft units. The units will range in size from 950 to 2,400 SF, with the upper floors offering unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline.
