Ernest DesRochers, senior vice, president and regional manager, and Charles Cotsalas, vice president of Legg Mason Real Estate Services' (LMRES) Long Island Regional office, are pleased to announce that they have arranged a $12.1 million first mortgage loan for 1010-1050 Franklin Ave. in Garden City, N.Y.
1010-1050 Franklin Ave. is a 108,243 SF office building with a strong mix of legal and financial services tenants. Financing was arranged for the borrower, Garden City Center Associates, LP, by LMRES through its relationship with Principal Capital. Financing was based on a 10-year term, with a 25-year amortization schedule.
