Cushman & Wakefield announced that Louis Mantia has been appointed director of asset services.
Mantia has more than 30 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was responsible for the management of real estate assets of Deutsche Bank.
Mantia is a member of the National Association of Power Engineers and the Building Owners and Managers Association.
