Denholtz Associates announced the sale of Lakewood Plaza Apartments, a five-building garden apartment community in Lakewood, N.J., to the Lightstone Group.

J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc. announced the acquisition of 1441 Chestnut Ave., a 197,000 SF warehouse/distribution facility in Hillside, N.J. Robert C. Kossar, of J.G. Petrucci Co., served as in-house representative for the buyer.

Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announced the sale of 231 and 235 Second Ave., two adjacent six-story buildings in New York City, for $8.3 million. Alan P. Miller, director of Eastern Consolidated, represented the seller in the transaction. Marcia R. Yawitz represented the buyer.

Mark Zborovsky & Co, Inc. announced the sale of 79 unsold sponsor units at 3636 Greystone Ave. and 3184 Grand Concourse in the Bronx for $6.4 million. Mark Zborovsky & Co. represented both parties in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. announced the sale of 25 Martine Ave., an apartment building in White Plains, N.Y., to Archstone-Smith for $18.1 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and James R. Tully, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.

Cohen & Company, Inc. announced the sale of 251-257 Mamaroneck Ave., a two-story, 14,510 SF shopping center in Mamaroneck, N.Y., to Lilpan Realty Corporation. Vera Thomas, senior managing director of Cohen & Company, and Henry I. Feurstein, managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.
