Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that General Vision Services has signed a 10-year, 1,280 SF lease at 3416 Jerome Ave. in the Bronx. David Rosenberg, executive vice president of RKF, and Richard Senior, associate director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that M&T Bank has signed a 3,500 SF lease at 385 First Ave. in New York City. Mathew Gorman, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Brian Katz, of Katz & Associates, represented the landlord, the Clarett Group.

Insignia/ESG announced that Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. has signed a 48,000 SF lease at 622 Broadway in New York City. Robert A. Baraf, Benjamin Friedland, and Glenn Isaacson, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord, Yuco Real Estate Company, in the transaction. Barry Gosin and John Lizzul, of Newmark & Company Real Estate Inc., represented the tenant.

Julien J. Studley Inc. announced that Richards Spears Kibbe & Orbe has signed an 84,344 SF sublease at 1 World Financial Center in New York City. Ted Rotante, of Julien J. Studley, represented the tenant in the transaction. Insignia/ESG represented the sub-landlord, Lehman Brothers Inc.

Insignia/ESG announced that Thor Technologies has signed a five-year, 11,000 SF sublease at Chelsea Market in New York City. Andrew Peretz and Gerry Miovoski, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. David Glassman, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the sub-landlord, AMB Properties.

Colliers ABR announced that RSM McGladrey has signed a 45,281 SF lease at 750 Third Ave. in New York City. Robert L. Billingsley, David L. Hoffman, Jr., and Wendy Miller, of Colliers ABR; represented the landlord, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association, in the transaction. John S. Isaacs, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.

Insignia/ESG announced that New York Sports Clubs has signed a 15-year, 13,438 SF lease at Harborside Financial Plaza II in Jersey City, N.J. Matthew J. Gorman and Gavid A. Green, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jane G. Greenblatt, director of development for the Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, served as an in-house agent for the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Palisades Technology Partners has signed a 20,000 SF sublease at 440 Sylvan Ave. in Englewood Cliffs, N.J. Matt Seltzer and Jon Marks, of Cushman & Wakefleid, represented the sub-landlord, Physician WebLink, in the transaction. Christopher Olsen and Jeffrey Babikian, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant.

Lincoln Equities Group announced that the Cendant Corporation has signed a 26,750 SF lease at 339 Jefferson Road in Parsippany, N.J. Robert A. Fisher, director of leasing for Lincoln Equities, and Susan Lulla, senior leasing associate, served as in-house representatives for the landlord.
