* A $1.5 million first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A $1.1 million first mortgage and a $250,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Atlantic Ave. in Brooklyn, N.Y.;

* A $1.1 million first mortgage for a co-op building on Park Terrace West in New York City;

* A $900,000 bulk share loan for a co-op building on Wayne Ave. in the Bronx;

* An $860,000 first mortgage and a $250,000 line of credit for a co-op building on 36th Ave. in Bayside, N.Y.;

* An $875,000 first mortgage for a co-op building on Grand Ave. in Elmhurst, N.Y.;

* A $9.8 million first mortgage and a $2.5 million line of credit for a co-op building on Riverside Drive in New York City;

* A $7.2 million first mortgage and a $1 million line of credit for a co-op building on 69th Ave. in Flushing, N.Y.;

* A $2.35 million first mortgage and a $250,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Broadway in Woodside, N.Y.;

* A $1.4 million first mortgage for a co-op building on Henry Hudson Parkway in the Bronx;

* A $1.2 million first mortgage and a $500,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Broadway in New York City;

* A $1 million first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on White St. in New York City;

* A $725,000 first mortgage and a $200,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Barker St. in Mount Kisco, N.Y.;

* A $600,000 first mortgage for a co-op building on 47th St. in Sunnyside, N.Y.;

* A $700,000 first mortgage for a co-op building on E. 97th St. in New York City;

Edward Howe III, managing director, Mindy Goldstein, vice president, and Sheldon Gartenstein, senior vice president, arranged the financing for these transactions.
