Firm's hires to serve the Law

Real Estate Weekly, August 3, 2005

AfterGlow Technologies announced that the company has expanded its New York City sales force to respond to New York Local Law 26/04.

AfterGlow is the commercial division of Noesis, Inc., the photoluminescent company selected by the Pentagon for 9/11 reconstruction.

Recent additions include: Mona Weisberg, Richard Alston and Heath Wolf son.

"In order to expeditiously respond to the growing need for photoluminescent safety solutions in New York City's commercial buildings, we needed additional, highly-qualified personnel," said Richard Martin, Chairman of AfterGlow Technologies. "AfterGlow now has the strongest, full-time sales/marketing force on the ground."

New York Local Law 26/04 mandates that photoluminescent markings be installed in all exit stairwells of Class E commercial buildings over 75 feet tall to make emergency evacuation safer and easier. Building managers and owners must comply with the New York City Department of Building's final technical and performance standards for all installations of photoluminescent markings by July 1, 2006.
