Upgraded property attracts insurer

Mark J. Walsh, vice president of Soundview Realty Group, the property management arm of Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate (Medford, NY), recently completed a lease transaction at the Brookhaven Executive Center.
As the exclusive broker for the landlord, Soundview Realty Group, Walsh secured a major tenant in Progressive Insurance, formerly of Hauppauge to occupy a 8,369 s/f office space at 3243 Route 112 in Medford. Representing the tenant in the transaction was John Hoblin of Corporate Realty Consultants.
According to Walsh, the space underwent a major upgrade.
