Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division welcomes Niwaka, a Japan-based jewelers, to a prestigious U.S. flagship location. The leasing duo exclusively represented the tenant in a 4,000 s/f lease on two levels at 608 Fifth Avenue.
The landlord was represented by their managing agents, RFR Properties.
The new boutique, in the heart of Rockefeller Center's bustling retail district, is scheduled to open this holiday season. According to Consolo, "For their U.S. flagship, Niwaka has secured a retail locale unmatched elsewhere in New York City, near Saks Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center and the Jewelry District."
