Sholom & Zuckerbrot Realty has named Joshua Kleinberg, a 15-year veteran of industrial and commercial real estate development, management and financing in New York City, managing director.

Kleinberg will play a pivotal role in the company's real estate sales and leasing operations in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Long Island and New Jersey.

Kleinberg, 37, joined S&Z from Robert K. Futterman & Associates, where he served as director of retail leasing. His accomplishments include assisting Newsday in securing an 110,000-squarefoot facility in Queens, a major relocation project for New York City's Board of Education, working with the Bank of America to secure its new space in the outer boroughs, and the representation of the Sears-Roebuck company in the their sale of a Queens facility.

Kleinberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. He is currently seeking his Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
