Brown Harris Stevens' John Sicree honored by REBNY

John Sicree, associate director of management for Brown Harris Stevens, was recently awarded the prestigious 2002 Residential Management Executive of the Year Award by the Real Estate 'Board of New York.

REBNY honored Sicree at a breakfast attended by approximately 160 people in recognition of his outstanding professionalism in the field of property management, as well as his contributions to the real estate industry.

"To be acknowledged by ones' peers in REBNY is a great honor and very exciting," said Sicree. "I am extremely dedicated to this industry and hope to continue to flourish within Brown Harris Stevens, an in the industry at large."

This award is recommended by, REBNY's Residential Management Council, which is composed of representatives from approximately 40 residential management companies.

"On behalf of Brown Harris Stevens, we are all extremely proud of John's achievements," said Kent M. Swig and Arthur W. Zeckendorf, co-chairmen Brown Harris Stevens. "His dedication and hard work has never been anything less than exceptional, and these accolades and honors come as no surprise."

In addition to his tenure at Brown Harris Stevens, Sicree's involvement in the real estate industry also includes chairing the Residential Management Council's Recruitment & Retention Committee. Sicree will take over as the co-chairman for the Residential Council within REBNY on Jan. 1, 2003. Sicree has been with Brown Harris Stevens for 12 years.

"John is very deserving of this award and we are so pleased that REBNY has chosen to honor him," said Julia Willkie, executive vice president and director of property management at Brown Harris Stevens.
