CoStar Group, Inc. announced that Burnham Real Estate, one of Southern California's oldest and most diversified real estate firms, has signed a multi-year agreement to provide its professionals with CoStar's full suite of commercial real estate information services.
"We welcome Burnham Real Estate as a customer and look forward to a long-term relationship," said CoStar president and CEO Andrew C. Florance. "With over a century of performance, Burnham is one of the most experienced and influential firms in the industry, and we are pleased to provide it with the very best information, software, service, technology and support."
A privately owned firm, Burnham Real Estate is one of the largest commercial real estate services firms in San Diego and a prominent leader in the Southern California business community. Under the license agreement with CoStar, Burnham's professionals in San Diego and Inland Empire will have access to the most comprehensive property information via CoStar Property Professional. CoStar's premium service provides base-building information, suite-by-suite availabilities, for-sale listings, photos, floor plans and interactive maps. Burnham professionals can use the detailed market reports, historical data and sophisticated analytics and forecasting tools in CoStar Property Professional to help their clients make the most informed decisions.
The agreement also includes access to: CoStar Professional Directory, with detailed contact information for over 300,000 commercial real estate professionals; CoStar COMPS Professional, the largest verified database of commercial comparable sales transactions; and CoStar Exchange, a researched database of commercial properties for sale. Burnham professionals in San Diego will also have access to CoStar Tenant, a database of detailed tenant information for prospecting and analyses.
Earlier this month, CoStar announced it had signed new, multi-year agreements with four of the leading commercial real estate brokerage firms in San Diego, specifically, Colliers International, Lee & Associates, Voit Commercial Brokerage and Inland Pacific Commercial Properties.
