Star-Ledger signs Kenilworth lease
Real Estate Weekly, Sept 5, 2001
The Star-Ledger leased new distribution space at 585 North Michigan Avenue in Kenilworth, N.J., according to Paul D. Cohen, executive vice president of SBWE.
Joseph Santoro, senior vice president at SBWE, and Patricia Tarczilo, vice president, negotiated the lease on behalf of Frank Dufek, Jr., the property owner, and The Star-Ledger. SBWE worked with John Duca, circulation facilities manager for The Star-Ledger, in locating this site. The new space will be used as a central distribution facility in Union County.
"Successfully matching a property with the specific needs of a tenant is rewarding, especially when it's repeat business," says Ms. Tarczilo.
This is the third completed lease transaction in which SBWE has represented The Star-Ledger.
