104,000-SF lease signed in Wilton

Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. - Corporate Real Estate Brokerage has successfully negotiated a 10-year lease that will consolidate Ryan Partnership's three existing offices into a single, 104,000 square-foot office at 50 Danbury Road, Wilton.

Ryan Partnership, a strategic marketing agency, has 325 employees located in three different Westport offices - 55 Post Road West, 8 Wright St. and 321 Riverside Avenue. The move to the new office in Wilton by next May will help Ryan Partnership expand its operation while consolidating its workforce in a single location.

The office building at 50 Danbury Road was part of the 1.6 million SF of property formerly owned by the former Perkin-Elmer Corp. nationwide. Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. - Corporate Real Estate Brokerage is the exclusive sales agents for the former Perkin-Elmer properties and in fact negotiated the sale of 50 Danbury Road to the current owners, The Davis Companies, more than a year ago.
