The Carlton Group announced that Thomas M. McCarthy has joined the firm as managing director. In his new position, McCarthy will be responsible for the firm's residential loan sale group.
McCarthy has more than 14 years of experience in real estate. Prior to joining the Carlton Group, he worked in the residential discount loan business branch of Ocwen Financial Corporation.
While at Ocwen, McCarthy completed transactions valued at more than $3 billion.
