Mack-Cali reports 2Q leasing

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced it has completed 312,360 SF of leasing transactions at its New York and Connecticut properties during the second quarter of 2002.

Highlights include:

* Vie de France Yamazaki, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Yamazaki Baking Company, Ltd. of Tokyo, renewed its lease of 24,678 SF for five years at 525 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford, N.Y. The 61,700 SF office/flex property is 100% leased. Jeffrey M. Warner, in-house senior leasing director, represented Mack-Cali.

* Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc., a publishing fulfillment company, signed a new lease for 18,400 SF for nine years at 300 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford, N.Y. The 60,000-SF office/flex building, located at Cross Westchester Executive Park, is 100% leased. Ivan Abry, hi-house leasing director, represented Mack-Cali.
