Insignia/ESG announced that Par Pharmaceutical has signed a 189,573 SF lease at 22 Hemion Road in Suffern, N.Y. Frank Lopriore, managing director of Insignia/ESG, and Walter Wolf, associate, represented the landlord, Clarion Partners, in the transaction. Chris Marks, of Strategic Alliance Partners, represented the tenant.
Julien J. Studley Inc. announced that Katharine Gibbs School has signed a 58,000 SF lease at 218-232 W. 40th St. in New York City. Mark A. Jaccom, executive vice president of Julien 3. Studley, represented the tenant in the transaction. Brian Waterman, Michael Dreizen, and William Mendelsohn, of Newmark & Co. Real Estate, represented the landlord.
Insignia/ESG announced that the Pax Organization has signed a 2,600 SF lease at 225 W. 42nd St. and a 2,400 SF lease at 787 Seventh Ave. in New York City. David LaPierre, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in both transactions. Eric Gelber and Brad Mendelson represented the landlord of 225 W. 42nd St. and David Green represented the landlord of 787 Seventh Ave.
Time Equities announced the following transactions:
* Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton has signed a three-year lease at 15 E. 26th St. in New York City. David Lebenstein, director of sales and leasing with Time Equities, and Suzanne Sunshine, sales associate, represented the tenant in the transaction;
* Martin Begun, chairman of the Liberal Party, has signed a five-year, 1,500 SF lease at the Woolworth Building in New York City. Brian Siegel, of NAI/Lawrence, represented the landlord in the transaction. Suzanne Sunshine represented the tenant;
* Tony Burgos, a member of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, has signed a 3,233 SF sublease at 115 Broadway in New York City. Suzanne Sunshine repretransaction.
Lincoln Equities Group announced that Revlon Consumer Products Corporation has signed a 33,001 SF lease at 1551 South Washington Ave. in Piscataway, N.J. Robert A. Fisher, director of leasing with Lincoln Equities, and Susan Lulla, senior leasing associate, served as in-house representatives for the landlord. Edwin Cohen, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced that L.A. Enterprises, Inc. has signed a 78,000 SF lease at 28 Englehard Drive in Monroe, N.J. Jonathan Glick and Robert Bowman, of Sheldon Gross, represented the tenant in the transaction. Insignia! ESG represented the landlord.
Jones Lang LaSalle announced that NMS Communications Corporation has signed a 28,703 SF lease at 200 Schulz Drive in Red Bank, N.J. Kevin Poppe, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, and Charlie Hatfield, senior vice president, represented the tenant in the transaction. Michael Frisoli, of Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners, represented the landlord.
