Calculated Industries, an internationally-recognized manufacturer and distributor of real estate finance calculators, announced the release of four new Success Kits, training supplements to the recently upgraded Qualifier Plus calculators.

These new materials have been created for Residential, Commercial and Investment Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and Brokers.

The packages combine the upgraded Qualifier Plus IIIX or the Qualifier Plus IIIFX calculator with a Quick-Start Tutorial CD and a comprehensive Workbook. The Qualifier Plus IIIFX calculator is required for the Commercial training modules.

The Real Estate Success Kit utilizes the Qualifier Plus IIIx Advanced Residential Real Estate Finance Calculator with complete buyer qualifying functions.

The Real Estate Success Kit for Commercial applications makes use of the Qualifier Plus IIIFX calculator. In addition to common and advanced real estate finance problems the Workbook covers calculation of multiple cash flows, IRR, NPV, NFV and more.

The Mortgage Success Kit uses the Qualifier Plus IIIx. The Quick-Start Tutorial CD and Workbook provide brokers, bankers, loan officers and other real estate finance professionals with complete mortgage solutions.

The Mortgage Success Kit Commercial includes the Qualifier Plus IIIFX calculator. The Commercial training module provides instruction on multiple cash flows, IRR, NPV, NFV and more for the Real Estate Investor.
