Goldschmidt & Associates announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 5 North Greenwich Road, a 10,500 SF building in Armonk, N.Y.;
* The sale of 130 Mount Vernon Ave., a land site in Mount Vernon, N.Y.
Goldschmidt & Associates represented the seller in both transactions.
NAI James E. Hanson, Inc. announced the sale of 17 Legion Place, a 7,500 SF retail outlet/warehouse facility in Rochelle Park, N.J., to Bellino Fine Linens. Darren Lizzack and Hal Messer, of NAI James E. Hanson, represented both parties in the transaction.
Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced the sale of 190 Veterans Drive, an 18,400 SF mixed-use facility in Northvale, N.J., to Craftsman Realty LLC. Robert Nathin, senior vice president of Sheldon Gross, represented the seller, NRH LLC, in the transaction.
Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 180-182 Bowery St., a three-story, 11,200 SF commercial building in New York City, to Empire Restaurant Supply for $3.5 million. Robert Burton, senior managing director of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 314 W. 82nd St., a five-story, 6,792 SF townhouse in New York City, for $1.8 million. Paul J. Massey, CEO of Massey Knakal, and Meyrick Ferguson, director represented both parties in the transaction.
