W&M Properties announced that the Hobbs Group has signed a 5,957 SF lease at 290 First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Kathleen A. Caracappa, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Jay Dowlen, of Insignia/ESG, and Dan Mambrino, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the tenant.
Sinvin Realty Corp. announced that Face the Music has signed a six-year, 8,600 SF sublease at 107 Grand St. in New York City. Christopher Owles, managing director of Sinvin Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert Cohen, of Robert K. Futterman & Associates, represented the sub-landlord, Club Monaco.
Newmark New Spectrum announced that Mavi Jeans has signed a 10-year, 4,500 SF lease at 832 Broadway in New York City. Jeffrey D. Roseman, executive vice president of Newmark New Spectrum, and Craig Slosberg, director, represented the landlord, S.L. Green Realty, in the transaction. Paul Berkman, associate, represented the tenant.
Insignia/ESG announced that Subway Restaurant has signed a 1,800 SF lease at 1440 Broadway in New York City. Eric Gelber, managing director of Insignia/ESG, represented both parties in the transaction.
NAI Friedland Realty, Inc. announced the following transactions:
* VoiceStream has signed a 7,000 SF lease on E. 86th St. in Brooklyn, N.Y. Miles Mahoney, of NAI Friedland, represented the landlord in the transaction. North West Atlantic Partners represented the tenant;
* Kass Industrial Supply has signed a 26,500 SF lease at 1715 Washington Ave. in the Bronx. Peter Cokin, of NAI Friedland, represented both parties in the transaction.
GHP Office Realty announced the following transactions at its New York Properties:
* Trans Credit America has signed a 22,014 SF renewal and expansion lease at 145 Huguenot St. in New Rochelle, N.Y.;
* Goldberg Segalla has signed a 2,525 SF lease at 170 Hamilton Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Anson & Berger represented the tenant in the transaction;
* Lumiran Electric has signed a 12,832 SF lease at 179 Westmoreland Ave. in White Plains, N.Y.;
* BMK Marketing Group has signed a 1,288 SF lease at 7-11 South Broadway in White Plains, N.Y. Agres Realty Corp. represented the tenant in the transaction.
Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP has signed a 48,842 SF lease at 360 Hamilton Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Lisa Kiell, executive vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Northrop Grumman has signed a 14,000 SF lease at 17 Christopher Way in Eatontown, NJ. Walter Schoenberg, Peter Hamburger, Jonathan Meisel, and Curtis Foster, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Jerry Richter, of the Richter Organization, represented the landlord.
