Mortgage directory sees 200% growth
Real Estate Weekly, Sept 11, 2002
On Aug. 1, 2001, a new, Internet-based mortgage lender directory was launched offering commercial mortgage loan originators a more direct path toward finding the most suitable lender for their clients. This month marks the one-year anniversary of Guide2mortgage.com's launch and finds the status of the directory healthy and growing.
Since launching, the size of the directory has grown by over 200%. "We are finding strong acceptance to our directory by most of the lenders we approach", cites Chris Koch, publisher and founder. Our lenders include: commercial banks, savings and loans, pension funds, life insurance companies, credit companies, private lenders and wall street conduits. "As one lender told us, he wants his phone to ring with qualified loan candidates, and guide2mortgage.com is helping him to make that happen."
A strong base of lenders adds value for the many paid subscribers that provide the revenue base for the directory. Subscribers gain unlimited, 24/7 access to the directory. The directory is solely located on the Internet, allowing it to be continually updated.
The search engine based directory allows quick searches so that subscribers can quickly locate the best lender for their particular project. To view subscriber's comments please visit: www.guide2mortgage.com/testimonials.asp.
