Dumann Realty announced the following transactions:

* Dark Dimension Studio has signed a 5,000 s/f lease at 350 W. 38th St. in New York City. Richard Du represented the landlord in the transaction. Adam Spencer, of Concrete Stories, represented the tenant;

* Necessary Clothings has signed a 3,600 s/f lease at 676 Broadway in New York City. Richard Du, of Dumann Realty, represented the tenant in the transaction. Allison R. Winters, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord.
