* A $1 million first lien mortgage for a three-building package in Pompton Lakes, N.J. Jack Coopersmith negotiated this transaction;
* A $2.352 million blanket mortgage for four mixed-use buildings in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y. Eli Davidovics negotiated this transaction;
* A $3.5 million first lien mortgage for two multi-family buildings in Philadelphia, Penn. Michael Muller, Isaac Strenhil and Yossi Gelbam negotiated this transaction.
