Weiss Realty has been named exclusive leasing agent for the Englewood Business & Technology Center. This 266,600 SF, one-story facility at 383-385 Nordhoff Place in Englewood, N.J., is being transformed into a fully air-conditioned, modern hi-tech / office facility. According to Weiss, a new air-conditioning system, building facade, window treatment, and landscaping is being designed for this former GM Parts distribution center.
The Englewood Business & Technology Center is conveniently located at the South Van Brunt St., exit off Route 4. There is direct bus service from the property to the New York City subway / Washington Heights Port Authority Bus Terminal via the George Washington Bridge. Occupancy is scheduled for the first quarter of 2001.
