Cedar Knolls Corporate Center
Real Estate Weekly, Sept 20, 2000
The Schultz Organization reported the sale of Cedar Knolls Corporate Center.
The Schultz Organization was responsible for acquiring this facility on behalf of Raritan Acquisition II, L.L.C., a Wall Street investment group in 1998, at which time Cedar Knolls Corporate Center was 55% leased. The Schultz Organization was subsequently appointed Exclusive Leasing and Managing Agent and repositioned the building to achieve full occupancy earlier this spring.
Jonathan B. Schultz, President, along with David Iacobucci, Vice President/Director of Asset Management, The Schultz Organization, were responsible for selling Cedar Knolls Corporate Center to Geometry Realty of New York.
Cedar Knolls Corporate Center is a 117,000 square foot, Class A office building that received a substantial renovation led by The Schultz Organization Management Services Division. The repositioning included renovating the first and fourth floor lobbies and common areas, upgrading the parking areas, and upgrading the telecommunications facilities available at the building.
