In a leasing transaction brokered by Colliers ABR, Inc., Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company has leased two full floors, comprising 47,638 square feet at 140 Broadway. It is relocating and consolidating both its executive and retail offices at the prominent downtown office tower.
The 10-year, six-month lease, was brokered by Colliers ABR's Bob Flippin and Edward DiTolla, who represented the tenant. Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, which is taking the 34th and 35th floors, will relocate its executive offices from 100 Wall Street and its retail operation from 195 Broadway. The 52-story tower at 140 Broadway, also known as the HSBC Building, is owned by Silverstein Properties.
