* A $350,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Lake St. in White Plains, N.Y.;

* A $300,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Broadway in New York City;

* A $2.1 million loan and a $1 million line of credit for a co-op building on Montague St. in Brooklyn, N,Y.;

* A $2 million loan for a co-op complex on West Post Road and Soundview Ave. in White Plains, N.Y.;

* A $1.6 million loan and a $500,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Fifth Ave. in New York City;

* A $1.15 million first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Fourth Ave. in Nyack, N.Y.;

* A $1.1 million first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Riverdale Ave. in Yonkers, N.Y.;

* A $1.1 million first mortgage and a $250,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 22nd St. in New York City;

* An $800,000 first mortgage and a $500,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 17th St. in New York City;

* A $600,000 line of credit for a co-op building on Washington Ave. in New York City;

* A $450,000 first mortgage and a $100,000 line of credit for a co-op building on E. 66th St. in New York City;

* A $255,000 first mortgage and a $50,000 line of credit for a co-op building on W. 78th St. in New York City;
