The Garibaldi Group is pleased to announce its servicing of the Thomson Corporation's real estate needs, with the completion of recent transactions in Newark and Boston amounting to 45,000 s/f. The firm completed an 11,600 s/f office sublease in Newark, N.J, for the Thomson Financial division. In addition, the Garibaldi Group represented the Gale Group division in a 34,000 s/f office lease in Burlington, Ma.

Jeffrey J. Garibaldi, president, and Craig C. Zurick, vice president, represented the Thomson Corporation in each of the transactions.
