NYU Real Estate Institute awards Lee Neibart 2004 Urban Leadership Award

On June 2, 2004 close to seven hundred of New York City's real estate elite gathered for the 37th Annual Urban Leadership Award Gala, held by New York University's Real Estate Institute. This year's event honored the landmark achievements made by Lee Neibart of Apollo Real Estate Partners. Significantly, the event was held at the recently completed Time-Warner Center and the Mandarin Oriental Ballroom.

Co-hosting the event were Kevin Patton, NYU REI Director, James Kuhn, Real Estate Institute Advisory Board Chairman and Larry Silverstein, Chairman Emeritus. William Mack, Stephen Ross, Stephen Siegel and John Somers were Honorary Chairmen. Dinner Chairmen were Michael Ashner, Peter Baccile, William Benjamin, Andrew Davidoff, Robert Feller, Barry Gosin, Mitchell Hersh, Kenneth Himmel, John Joacobsson, Smart Koenig, Joseph Luik, Richard Mack, Robin Panovka, Michael Pralle and Philip Riordan.
