Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey in East Rutherford has negotiated the $7.2 million sale of 200 Route 303 in Congers, N.Y., as well as an adjacent nine-acre parcel of land. Cushman & Wakefield's James Yamauchi, Joseph Sarno and Leonard T. Miller represented the seller, Sony Corporation of America, as exclusive agent in the transaction. James Tully of CB Commercial represented the buyer, Intercos America, Inc., a cosmetics company.
200 Route 303 North is a single-story facility located on more than 17 acres. The 100,000-square-foot property features office, R&D and warehouse/distribution space. The transaction represents an expansion for Intercos America, and the adjacent land represents even further opportunities for growth.
