Lincoln Equities Group's (LEG) Linque Management Company, Inc., completed the renewal of a 5,128 s/f office lease at Rockaway 80 Corporate Center, in Rockaway, N.J., for The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Daniel S. Ackerman, senior director of leasing, and Susan B. Lulla, associate director of leasing, LEG, represented the landlord, Grosvenor Investment Management US Inc.
The tenant was represented by Ron Ganter, senior director, and Ken Abrahams, account director of Cushman & Wakefield.
