Kohn Pedersen Fox to design courthouse

Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the award-winning full service architectural firm, was notified recently that they were selected by the GSA Evaluation Board to perform architectural services for the new annex building to the Michael J. Dillon Federal Courthouse in Buffalo, NY.

The project site is located on Court Street, between Pearl and Franklin Streets, in historic downtown Buffalo. The new annex building will be 142,000 gross square feet, housing all security-sensitive court functions including district and magistrate judges and their courtrooms and chambers, and providing interior parking space for 40 vehicles.

Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates offers full architecture, master planning, space planning, programming and building analysis services for a roster of international clients in both the public and private sectors.
