Mack-Cali wins New Good Neighbor Award

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced that its Harborside Financial Center Plaza 4A in Jersey City, N.J. is the recipient of the New Good Neighbor Award presented by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and New Jersey Business magazine.
The building, a 185,000 SF, class "A" office property built above an 1,100-car parking garage, was developed in 2000 by Mack-Cali for TD Waterhouse, a financial services company. Jeffrey M. Brown Associates, Inc. was the general contractor and Kohn Pederson Fox Associates PC was the architect for the project.
The New Good Neighbor Award is presented to New Jersey development projects based on the projects' economic benefit to the community, architectural merit, and the recipient's participation in community affairs.
John J. Crandall, senior vice president of development, in accepting the award for Mack -Cali, stated, "We're pleased to be recognized for the positive impact our class 'A' developments are having on the growth and vibrancy of the Jersey City waterfront."
