New York Life Investment Management LLC, acting as investment manager for New York Life Insurance Company, has closed two mortgage loans totaling $30 million and secured by two apartment complexes located in Edison and Iselin, New Jersey.
Each of the garden style apartment complexes are co-owned by two premier developer/owners of residential and commercial real estate throughout the northeast, Florida and California.
NYLIM's Real Estate Group is a full service, fully integrated division focused on originating, underwriting and investing in real estate debt and related products.
As of June 30, 2005, the Real Estate Group managed approximately $20.3 billion in client assets, including commercial mortgages, CMBS and other real estate related products on behalf of both New York Life and third party institutional investors.
