Century 21 NY Metro acquires Mosaic

CENTURY 21 NY Metro has acquired the assets of Mosaic Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage company formerly headquartered in Herald Square.

Mosaic is the exclusive agent to leading rental properties in New York and has many long-term relationships with landlords throughout the City. As a result, C21NYM will be expanding and now house the additional 25 agents from the Mosaic staff.

Mosaic and C21NYM have also formalized a referral relationship.

C21NYM has reported a 20% overall increase in its active roster of rentals and sales agents from recruitment efforts lead by their new chief operating officer, Rentals & Investment Sales, Marc Lewis. C21NYM has hired over 15 new agents from various and aims to increase its agent base by an additional 20% by year end. "This acquisition is consistent with our strategy to increase top line revenue through acquisitions, new technology and deeper relationships with landlords, developers and management companies," said Mike Simon, president, Century 21 NY Metro.
