Real Estate Weekly, Oct 31, 2007
Glory Capital announced that New York University has leased its 30 story, 50,000 s/f residential tower to expand their campus outside of Manhattan for the first time. New York University is planning to use 67 Livingston St. as a residential dormitory.
"There has been tremendous feedback thus far, with many young people touting Brooklyn Heights as superior to some neighborhoods in Manhattan," notes Martin Ben- Dayan, director at Glory Capital.
The property, located in Brooklyn Heights on Livingston Street, provides views of the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Verazano Bay.
