New lease for 30 Broad St - New York, New York

Helmsley-Spear has negotiated a lease for Utendahl Capital Partners, a securities firm, at 30 Broad Street.
The transaction for approximately 5,000 square feet of space was brokered by Donna Christine Billera of Helmsley-Spear. Peter Sabesan, vice president, made the announcement.
30 Broad Street, a 48-story, 450,000 square foot office tower, is owned by HRO International. The property recently underwent a complete refurbishment.
Headed by John Utendahl, president, formerly of Merrill Lynch, Utendahl Capital will consist predominately of minority personnel. Utendahl was named one of Wall Street's top 25 minority entrepreneurs by Black Enterprise magazine.
