A private investor client of Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. has purchased 116 Nassau Street and 104 Nassau Street, situated in the heart of downtown Manhattan.

Eastern Consolidated, the New York-based real estate investment banking firm, was the sole broker involved in the sale.

Built circa 1929, the 120,000-square-foot vacant office building located at 1l6 Nassau Street contains 10,000 square feet of retail space. The ground floor was previously occupied by Hermans Sporting Goods with the 47th Street Photo occupying the second floor. 104 Nassau Street is a one-story vacant taxpayer occupying 1,700 square feet.

Deborah Gutoff and Ronda Rogovin, senior vice president and vice president of Eastern respectively, represented both the buyers and seller in this transaction.
