Harper-Lawrence announces office lease transaction - in New York, New York

Arthur J. Draznin, president of Harper-Lawrence, Inc., announced the following office lease transactions:
Stepsun Music, a joint venture with Warner Brothers Records, has leased new office space of 5,300 square feet at 14 East 4th Street for a five year term. Mark Furst, vice president of Harper-Lawrence, represented Stepsun Music in this transaction.
MicroEdge, a computer software company, has leased new office space of 4,887 square feet at 1114 First Avenue. Mark Furst, vice president, represented MicroEdge in this transaction. Newmark & Company represented 1114 First Avenue.
Retna, Inc., a stock photography company, leased new office space of 2,500 square feet at 20 East 17th Street. Furst represented Retna in this transaction. Laura Parkins represented 20 East 17th Street.
Adelman Katz & Mond, an accounting firm, has leased office space of 5,000 square feet at 1500 Broadway for a 10-year term. Furst represented Adelman Katz & Mond.
Barton's Gym has leased 9,000 square feet for a 10-year term at 77 West 15th Street. Dennis Karr, senior vice president, and Furst represented Barton's Gym in this transaction. 77 West 15th Street was represented by Richard Adelson.
The Jackie Robinson Foundation, a non-profit organization which provides college scholarships to minority students, has leased office space of approximately 8,700 square feet at 3 West 35th Street. Barry Goodman, senior vice president, and Furst represented die Foundation in this transaction. Newmark & Company represented 3 West 35th Street.
The total aggregate rent on the above transactions exceeds $5 million.
