Consultant to move to Americas Tower - Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership signs lease for commercial space in New York, New York

Real Estate Weekly, Oct 21, 1992

A Chicago-based international management consulting firm, Peterson Consulting Limited Partnership, has signed a 10-year lease for 14,500 square feet to relocate its New York office to Americas Tower, the 1 million square foot office building at 1177 Avenue of the Americas. Peterson is an internationally acclaimed management consulting firm, with specialties in the construction and finance industries.

Presently located at 805 Third Ave., Peterson will take occupancy of the Americas Tower space in December.

The Peterson Consulting deal, on the heels of recent transactions with Price Waterhouse for 350,000 square feet and Bank Hapoalim for 70,000 square feet, results in Americas Tower having leased 45 percent of its space only four months after its opening.

According to Nancy Nemiroff, leasing and marketing director for Americas Tower, the Peterson transaction is another example of the "triple A" tenants that have been attracted to the building.

Americas Tower was represented in the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield. Peterson Consulting was represented by Joseph Hilton and Associates.

Americas Tower was designed by the architectural firm Swanke Hayden Connell, and built by KM/Turner, a joint venture.
