New tenants for Park 80 - commercial space leased in Saddle Brook, New Jersey

Towers Perrin Forster & Crosby has negotiated a five-year lease for approximately 8,000 square feet at Park 80 West Two in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

The international firm has more than 5,000 employees worldwide and is one of the largest management consulting firms in the world.

Clairol, Inc., a long term tenant at the complex, has renewed its lease for approximately 2,000 square feet of space in Park 80 East.

At the same time as Park 80 announced the lease transactions, they also reported that renovations to the lobbies and to the common areas of Park 80 West Plaza One and Plaza Two have commenced.

The list of corporate tenants include New York Life, Armstrong, Oscar Mayer, Dow Chemical, General Electric, Wm. Wrigley, and Georgia Pacific.

The Park 80 complex is located at the intersection of the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 80 in Bergen County. Its list of amenities includes a corporate cafeteria with special catering services and take-home; a full service bank; covered/reserved parking a private conference room for tenant's use; a gas/service station providing limousine service; retail shops geared to professional needs; a tenant storage area; round-the-clock building security;
