Foreclosure auctions on LI - Long Island, New York

On Nov. 7 and 8, about 20 Long Island homes will be auctioned off by using the selling technique of an "onsite" auction.

COKA Realty Services, Inc., a New York based full-service real estate company, will be handling the auctions. They will also open the houses to the public for two weekends before the actual auction which will give people the chance to view and inspect each house. Financing information will also be available.

Cooke, a resident of Long Island, founded his organization by performing maintenance work on Secretary-held HUD properties. His earlier career included a 16-year affiliation with the New York City Police Department. He frequently lectures to professional associations and business groups on topics such as Receiverships, Managing Distressed Properties and Fraud Detection. Cooke is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and actively serves on its HUD/VA Liaison Sub-Committee. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York State and holds a current Private Investigators License.
