Riverbank appointed at Crystal Pavilion
Riverbank Realty Company has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for two prominent East Side New York buildings, The Crystal Pavilion at 805 Third Avenue and 3 East 54th Street. The marketing program for both properties will be directed by Chairman Bruce Mosler and Vice Chairman, Gil Robinov.
The Crystal Pavilion at 805 Third Avenue is a 31-story, 550,000- square-foot office and retail tower, completed in 1982. Centrally located at the corner of 50th Street and convenient to all transportation, it houses several prominent office tenants such as Westinghouse Electric, Baker & McKenzie, Baer Marks & Upham, Ally & Gargano and the Major League Baseball Association. Notable retail tenants include AnnTaylor, Episode and Tonino's Ristorante.
3 East 54th Street, a 19-story limestone and glass office tower which includes a 350 car garage, is prestigiously located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, with the flagship Gucci store as its near neighbor. Some of the building's major tenants include Petry Television, Inc., which has recently renewed for a long-term lease and The Gap Stores Inc., which has just expanded its space and renewed its term. Other prominent tenants include Advertising Research Group, Club Med, Premier Talent and the popular Bice Restaurant.
Two contiguous base floor units of 14,500 square feet each are available--at highly competitive rental rates.
3 East 54th Street has been totally repositioned in the marketplace. Recently redesigned by Bromley/Jacobsen to appeal to the sophisticated tenant, a dramatic new lobby and artfully lit glass canopy at the entrance create a stylish new presence on the street.
