2 tenants place HQ's at 300 Park
As exclusive leasing agent for 300 Park Avenue, Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. has announced the completion of negotiations with Banco do Galicia y Buenos Aires, which has leased approximately 6,000 square-feet on the 20th floor for in excess of eight years. The bank, one of the oldest in Argentina will make 300 Park Avenue its U.S. headquarters.
The bank transaction follows closely on the heels of successful negotiations in which Briger & Associates, a law firm, committed to a long-term lease for approximately 7,500 square-feet on the 24th floor for its headquarters operations.
The aggregate rental value of both leases combined is in excess of $3.4 million.
Robert L. Billingsley, David L. Hoffman, Jr. and Sean Leary of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. represented 300 Park Avenue in the negotiations. Douglas A. Edwards, Inc. negotiated on behalf of Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, and Collins Tuttle & Company represented Briger & Associates.
These transactions mark another step in the revitalization of the corporate classic, which has just completed an upgrade of its lobby and public areas, as well as its air conditioning system. Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. spearheaded the renovation program as exclusive managing agent.
