Hill Int. selected as CM in NJ
The New Jersey School Boards Association has chosen Hill International, leading Willingboro-based construction consultant, to provide construction management for the renovation of its headquarters building in Trenton.
The renovation, which is expected to be completed during the 1991-92 school budget year, will cost approximately $600,000. Hill's management services include scheduling, estimating and inspection of the renovation of the building's mechanical systems and replacement of windows, according to Ray Jones, the company's project manager.
"One of Hill's key responsibilities will be to work closely with the contractors and the occupants so there is minimal disruption and minimal temperature variation during the construction," said Jones.
Radey & Fuller Associates of Haddonfield are the architects on the project.
