Fashion Group in Scribner Building - Fashion Group International Inc. leases commercial space in New York, New York

The Fashion Group International, Inc. has signed a major lease at the Scribner Building in midtown Manhattan.
The Fashion Group has committed to the entire eighth floor (5,350 square feet) in the building, which is located at 597 Fifth Avenue. The 10-year, lease carries an aggregate rent of $1.5 million. The Fashion Group was previously located at One Rockefeller Plaza.
Josh N. Kuriloff and Ken Krasnow of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. represented the landlord, Edizione Realty Group, a corporation owned by the Bennetton family, in negotiations.
Other tenants in the building now include Brentanos, Burma Bibas, Nordica and Prince Tennis Manufacturing.
