Building sold in Connecticut

Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut is pleased to announce the sale of an 81,000-square-foot complex located at 299-309 Farmington Avenue in Farmington Connecticut to the University of Connecticut Health Center.

The building, known as Farm Hollow Corporate Park, sold for $2.8 million and will be utilized as an opportunity for future expansion.

Barbara Ginsberg and Carl Traub represented the owner, RECOLL Management Corporation in the transaction. ADI represented the client, University of Connecticut.
