Executive Office Group opens facility in Lower Manhattan

EOG Business Centers, one of the leading operators of executive suites throughout the nation, has signed a 10-year lease for 19,000 square feet at 26 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. The site will serve as its second Manhattan facility and is scheduled for occupancy in early December

The 26 Broadway site will feature 68 executive offices and will be located on the building's fourth floor, with panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty and Bowling Green Park. The turn-of-the-century building is rich in New York City history, having served as the first headquarters site for John Rockefeller's Standard Oil Co.

EOG is leasing the space from Koeppel and Koeppel, owners of the building. An extensive renovation of the site is currently underway.

EOG Business Centers is the trade name for Executive Office Group, a publicly traded company (OTC:EOGX), founded in 1980. The company opened its first Manhattan facility in 1987 at 1285 Avenue of the Americas at the Equitable Center. The company recently acquired a 22,000-square-foot business center in Cosa Mesa, California, and operates other facilities in Washington, D.C. and Reston, Virginia.

Each business center is fully equipped and professionally staffed to maintain a high-quality working atmosphere while providing businesses with custom designed technical support and information services.
